for Sammy ......

I couldn’t make the habit alive even for few days.. But still I am trying to make it… I am writing this post to one of my friend.. . yup.. it’s Samuel Ignetius who is leaving our comany and he want's to step ahead in his life, ,,, I think I already introduced him to my friends club.. He is very good friend of me and subbu… he was with us around 15 months.. it’s was nice time to be with sam ,, when we guys assembled together then the office environment will change.. yes we will have lot’s of fun and we will always use to have fun with other’s too… Some time it will hurt some one (mostly girls) .. But we weren’t have any intension to do that.. We are really sorry for that.

Myself, subbu and thangam are really lucky to have sam us our friend.. Even though it’s was very short time with him we had lot’s of things to remember in the whole life.. Thank god… Still he is in Chennai and I hope the fun at sam’s flat will continue for ever.. One of the loveliest place in Chennai for us is sam’s flat.. I can still remember each and every minute that we had spent over there.. it’s awesome place to live and that too with sam and subbu’s mokai.. We will have mokai like anything but there is person who won’t participate in this.. Yup it’s our great thangam thagaraj.. He always had a important task as browsing allover the night than taking participation in that mokai club.. he will join our club only when the internet connection got disconnected…

Even sam won’t forget us … especially me… because I am the person who taught him how to cook … Now he is expert in cooking.. and even he won’t forgot the times when he was with subbu along some of their good friends like Vodca, King fisher, 5000, 6000… When I say these people I should say the place where we will assemble to meet those guys.. Most of the time it was in roof top… Actually it’s not a roof top… it’s like a under ground but they have named it as roof top… He can’t forget thangam for his position while he was browsing..
The trip’s that we had with him … and daily trips to tea and lunch… still I can say lot abt him.. but now the time is not permitting me to write.. yes .. it’s 1 O clock in the night I already feel sleepy..
I won’t forgot the last Friday ( 28th Sep 2007) for too many farewell on a same day.. it was touching for me to leave somebody when we feel happy when they are with us.. yes some of my friends also left on the same day...

We will always remember u sam.. All the very best ……… We are going to miss U samyyyyyyyy... :-(

a good day.........

It’s full of happy today.. Yes I will start from the time when I finish writing the blog yesterday. When I was having dinner at hotel I got to know that yuvi got six sixes in one over and got a fifty in twelve balls. I was very eager to see that live .. but couldn’t because of the stupid Chennai cable network. When I reached home in all the news channels it was yuvis video.. I was happy to see that.
Then one more great achievement in my life…. Yes I have completed one English novel called “The broker”. I was about to complete that when 2 chapters were left. I taught of study the last chapter today… But couldn’t stop the thrill.. I red it yesterday itself.. For some people it’s funny thing to complete a novel but for me it’s really a great achievement. It’s good novel and I am eager to study some more. By the time when I completed the novel I got a good news that India won the match.
I slept well and got up only at nine thirty, it was nice sleep with good dreams.
I came to office to complete some of the important tasks which got assigned to me.. Finally I think I have fixed one major issue by after noon.. I got one more news too but will tell later. Then in the afternoon I got one more news too …. Yes one of my PM told me that I have to look in to new tool called “blaze advisor” and I was exited.
Yes I am very happy to learn something new which I never did in the past. I’ve just browsed thru net and seen what it is. I hope for the coming days I will be little bit busy to complete the new assignment and have to ready to take the new challenges. Then one more good news, I got a mail from one of my former colleague. I was always think about him when ever we guys had get together. He was very good fried of mine when we went to the yercard trip. He was not a very close when he was with me in hexaware. Now he is in oracle and I was surprised to see his mail. Then I’ve added his gamil account in my address book and chatted for a while. Then I have promised to my akka that I will come to her house today. To keep it alive I left office early and gave my bike to sam and got koli bike to come to akkas house. Then I logged in to gtalk .. There It starts… I had chat with machan and he called me from UK. It was bit surprise for me. Then chat continued to anand and mano. Surprisingly I got one more call from overseas.
This time it’s nari from US… wov what a happy person I am … chatting with all the friends at the same day… then today’s crucial match also started … it’s a poor start by Indian and they come back to game. Still it’s live and I can’t give the result… mean while I got chat from my dear pangu kamal also… then I never expected a message from one of my classmate at that time.. mmm I got one more message from the person who is there in US… I think I have written lot’s than what I have expected.. let’s see what happens tomorrow…
Finally it was a really good day for me…

I’ve complete most of the tasks today. L mm I am sitting in office more than 12 hours and if at all I am not able to complete then it was too bad. Work work work… nothing more than that. We have to spent some part of our life in this way also. Still I am not happy with the work that I am doing now. There is not much to learn and moreover I am fixing the bugs in others code. In this IT industry I will tell that the most difficult job is to understand others code and more than that doing modification on it without any knowledge. Mm this is also one area something which I’ve to improve.. let’s see what happens..

I want to make a habit of writing a blog every day. Let's see what happens in the future..
Today i planed to do all my activities on time.. But couldn’t make it.. Yes now the time is 10.30 in the night.. Still in office.. Tomorrow I’ve to complete lot's of work which got assigned against me. After I had a call with my PM who is there in onsite, i was worried abut my work. :-(. Today i had task in which lot's of manual work was involved, it took more time to complete. I told my PM that i had completed this task and it was taking long time to complete. He told me, why are you doing it manually instead of thinking for a generic way which can be reused in the future. Yup i could have done that.. Tomorrow I will do that.
With lots of expectation and nothing to say for today i am closing this post.......

I am writing this post for one of my fan. Today only i got to know that there are some people who are watching my blog regularly.
First of all i would like to remember the memorable 2 years in Hexaware as well as my IT industry experience. Yes.... I've completed 2 years in this political IT industry... Still lot's more are there to survive in this industry... If at all i have any choice of entering into politics i will jump into that after getting some more experience in this industry..
I will just summarize what happened for the past 2 or 3 months... I got released from my old department ISG to the new department BI. Great achievement from 3 letter to 2 letter... I've moved to this new project just one month back and still working hard to understand some concepts and requirements... Not much work but still i have to spend 12 hours in office to complete some simple tasks... Within next one month things will get better in this project... sBecause the project is getting over in a month. After that hopefully i should get some new project or the next phase in the current project itself. Let's wait and see what happens..

Here after i will do update my post daily.. I should do at least for some of my fans....

Yesterday i was start with sivaji. Yes i got up at 9.30 at time Madan's Thiraiparvai was running in Vijay TV for Sivaji. Then i had a cup of conrflakes as my break fast. Till lunch i was browing thru chennals, hindu and mails too.. Sam ordered meals and we had lunch at 2. Then we had nice sleep till 4, after that i have made coffee for us. Then i decided to go to my room at that time even sam was busy to go to church. I reached my room after 40 mins. Still the indian roads has to be improved lot. Yes after the 2 days rain i couldn't drive safely on the road because of dust it has and the dust that the MTC bus is producing. You can't notice what is there in front of 10 feet away from you. Now a days driving a bike in chennai is like walking on rope. :-) hope this won't happen after 2010. Lets see...

When i reached my room all of roomates were watching Tv. Karthi told me, it's really boring to sit here so can we go to beach? No one was intersted execept me. Even i accepted if he is offerting dinner then i will come. I felt tired so i want to take rest, unfortunitely he accepeted my offer and asked me to come. I don't have any other chice we both started leaving room. At that time all my roomates alos joined with us.
We've reached Besant nagar beach and i called 2 of my classmates over therer. We will call him as CP (C Prabhu) and Sami(Arun). They came there after 30 mins from time i've reached beach. We had nice discussion abt our work (Even they are not happy with their work) as well as abt our classmates too. I think after spending 2 years under a single person every one is getting bored except few. After talking for an hour decided to leave. said bye bye to both CP and Sami.. Joined with roomates started from beach to room. On the way one girl drived her honda activa like a race driver (hope so) near to karthi's bike. we were behind him , we taught she made them to fall. They escaped by navin's great drive. Then we decied to make her slow, we were in 3 bike's, so it was easy for us to make her slow. She was scared by us. we are gentlemans we won't do anything baby... :-) ( oru Effect than). We had great confusion for to fix the dinner sopt. All we are on drive so we decided to go to room and then decide for the place. When we reached room as usual we slected the Udupi hotel as our dinner sopt. That's all for yester day...

Today begins...

:-( still wating for the appraisal paper.... in all the other departments every one got their paper and they knew their salary also. ,,, we were worried abt the papers at that time, my TL was asking abt the status of the report that i'm working more than week. I know i am taking lot's of time to solve this, still i couldn't find way to close that task. From morning onwards me and same were tried manything to make the report as a workable one. what ever the way we choose we are still getting some new errors, i was worried . we didn't have breakfast also, already the clock is ready to touch 2 O clock. Subbu was calling us for more than 5 mins even he din;t have breakfast ... so he is also very hungry. We decided to go for lunch and fix this after lunch.

As usel in lunch we had some comedy.. didn't remember whare are all.. When we came after we started trying that SP to run. At time My TL has given some idea to make that work becase he getting some pressure from our Boss(Not a bachalor great family man). Still we are getting some new erros, because of this sam Couldn't work properly on his machine( Sorry sam). At last i make it as a workable one i want to change something on production.. now Sam is busy with some othere teams mates. I went to Deepa's ( One more DBA) machine and done the chages. The report got executed perfectly. I told deepa that, your system did it... if at i knew this earlier i could have tried in deepa's machin rather doing it in sam's machine. But nothing like sam or deepa's machine. Finally i am happy that i have finished all my tasks which are pending against me. From tomorrow onwards i should be free.... till now i am free only but had some tasks to close. Hopfully jobs that we have created today should not create any issues.

Atlast or atleast we could have got the papers. Still our boss has to decide,,, mmmmm :-( still waiting for it... :-(

... still didn't get the appraisal paper. :-( mmm After gettng the paper i've decided to write this post. Sam compelled me to write this post so i am writing it.. Sam is My DBA (DataBase Administrator) as well as for my hexaware team also. :-)office is getting bored for me. so i am boring in this post also. today morning also i gotup at 11 only and had breakfast with lunch at Udupi hotel in westmambalam. After that i felt tired because of heavy lunch. Then i decided to go to my senior(nantha, Senni..) room. yup i am going to their room after a long gap (1 month) even they are staying 2 streets away to me. I have spent 2 hrs there and came to room, watched TV for an hour then decided to sleep, :-) what to do.... one flash message disturbed me to forcefully watch the sun news TV. Yup the much waited(chumma hype) match against Ireland Vs india get started. Even the match couldn't stop me to sleep, yup the match was boring like a office. I slept till 5 and decided to go for tea. When i asked koli for tea all the room mates were ready to come. We went to tea shop like going for a big event. I think this is the first time all of us coming out from my flat at time. At that time some people who are staying in my flat aslo shocked.... Because they don'n know we 7 are staying in a single flat. Koli was asking me to come with him to buy pants. i told him we will go tomorrow... But he has to go to office 2morrow. Then i accepted his invite to go shoping. To buy a single pant we have travelled 30 mins, then within 5 mins shopping was over. Reached room at 8.30 then browsed all the channels for half an hour. 2 of my roomates were started for dinner, koli also asking me to come for dinner. I told him i am going to sam's room sorry sam Flat. After reaching sam's flat i had 4 dosa by own preparation. After that just browsing thru channels and all mailboxes. Then had a voice chat with thangs till now. Feeling sleepy now.... hope tomorrow won't be bore as today...

I'll start with sivaji.. It's movie completely dominated by a hero itself. I didn't belive that, shankar(Great Director in Tamil) did this movie. Because he is one of of director who won't miss a logic in the film. But in sivaji i couldn't see any good logic. He completely missed the logic in the film i think he sacrifies this for Rajni. Yup he is the second highest paid actor in asia, so shankar had to sacrifice. Even though he sacrificed the logic he didn't miss his royalty in the songs. Yes they have spent 125 days to take the song and only 65 days for rest of the movie. Anyway i've enjoied the movie like anything even wathching with my sister. The movie went well, screenplay is too good and even for a single seen they had spent lot's of time. I've to speak abt rajni's style.. i am sure no one in the world can't beat him in the style. The movie is a good example for his style and action. I think this is enough for sivaji still you can get lot's details by a single click.
Abt my work, It's not boring too much even not good. Then abt my sleep,:-) Now a days i am sleepting more than 10 hours a day. Yup the climate in chennai is too good to sleep. Yup it's raining since morning... :-) That's why still i am sitting in office and writting this blog. I forgot to introduce my friend NARI. He came from US 9th(saturday). He was able to meet me and Koli (He is also one of our DONZ) on last sunday. He was too busy with his shoping for his sisters marrige. He came with a big bag to meet us .... It was full of chocolated i taught it's for us... He said don't think it's for u guys.. this is for his friends home. Then only we realised that he got this on behalf of someone who is there in US. His action changed little bit in the last one year. I will tell one example for this... I asked him can we go for tea since he came in the evening. He said no then we said ok let's go to the juice job. There i've ordered jucie for nari also.. but he refused to drink because of the reason his "throat is not good" since he has travelled in indian roads abt 30 mins. What to say... america has changed him lot. I don't know how those people(who are in US now) will react when they will come to india.
Let's wait and see.. i will come with some intersting news in the coming posts.. we are going to get our appraisal very soon.. waiting to get the hike... :-)

It's hardly 3 monts that i didn't write any blogs. Yup there is a reason behind that. We have shifted our home to the new place so i din't have internet connection over there. Still i could have done it from my offcice. But i dont want to sit in the office late night or don't want to disturb my TL because i don't have access to write a post from my system, ..still i don't have net connetion in my home.. so i am using my TL system only:-)... Before writing this post i have red all the posts that i have written. Quit intersting to rember those past days .. that too only 6 months back. I realised that in the future after 2 or 3 year it will be very nice to see the posts. So i have decided to start this again. one of my frient have told me like, i am using lot's of "so" in my mails. Yup i am using ... i have to reduce it.. Even one of the reason behind these blog is to improve my vocabulary...
For the past 3 months i didn't too any intersting things... Even i was little bit disturbed becoz still i am in the same project. I've asked my boss to move me to other project. he said he will do.. i am really wanted to go onsite.. still they are processing our visa's.. :-( Even if i have the visa i dont have a project to go to onsite. I am really looking for a change.. I don't know when it's going to happen. Now a days the work is aslo very bore .. doing the same routine work. But for the last 2 or 3 days i was looking into one procedure(SQL) for other team with automation. The performance of that is very slow. i was trying to improve it.. by the time i have realized that there is no index(Tecnical term) on a one master talble... After creating the index the performance has been increased lot in test server but not in production. we are having some issues with that production server... I think we will be able to solve tomorrow. I have to solve because tomorrow is the deadline for that procedure that is assigned to me.
I have lot's to write but couldn't recollect all... Today i felt bad when i was giving KT to my juniors. i didn't understand what i have written in that procedure. i am sure the procedure was written by me and i have spent few more minitues to know what it is. Sorry guys(Juniors) i don't know how u r going to understand. Here in my TL system i am waiting to see the out put of the procedure that i am currently working... so i have to sepnd some more time in this blog...

I have to say abt one thing.. few days back one of my colleague has red my blog and told me, i have written with feelings... I am sure still the feeling will continue...

last but not the leasr.... :-) this week end i am going to watch the movie "Sivaji" "The boss" in Mayajal with my machan. Yes he got the ticket for me too.. will tell u the story in detail after wathching the movie...

Today i am bit happy abt my work. Yup i have learned some new things in .net 2005. I've downloaded the ajax tool kit and installed in my system and did some examples to learn how effectively we can use AJAX in our application. It's cool to learn some new things after a long time.
Last few days i was busy with some new things like the one which i didn't like in my college days. Yes, i've attended the MicroSoft seminar for Windows Vista and Office 2007. It was a nice experiance to attend the seminar without any company. It went well, they have implemented lot's new thinks in vista lika gadgets, Class effect, and lot's more abt the security and the performance. They have demonstrated how can we create our own application with class effect, and how to create the gadgets and all. I forgot to tell abt the desktop search that they have in vista, it's really amazing. if you want to use that in your .net application then just call that API in our application and write some small pieace of code. That's it ... it will work fine.
I've to tell abt office 2007 also. They have played like anything in that.. if you have MS office 2007 then you can do what ever you want, like develop your own form inside the word doc. Means you can what ever yor are doing in a form and you generate a report like the reporting service tools. Yup it will allow you to create a rdl(MS2005 reporing service file) and deploy with out a report server. They have shown demo in which XL is interacting with sharepoint and all.. While they were showing demo every one was look like watching some magic or some thriling movie....

Then i should say abt the lunch that they have arranged over there.. after a long time i had nice lunch outside.. it's because they have arranged the seminar on TAJ .. this is the first time that i am going into TAJ... Any way it's memorable one because of their seminar..

Let's hope tomorrow also i will learn some new things technically..... I will keep posted abt this...

For the past days nothing happenened intrestingly... day before yesterday night i went to Mozhi movie. it's simply superb. jo acted well in that and both prakash raj and prithivraj done a good job. Today the work started normally, it's went well till lunch. At lucnh we had one surprice, yes our boss has joined with us. Every one was silent in the table he started pulling my tung. he asked somthing abt the work who are all busy with their work, then i replied that i am busiest person. He understood that i don't have much work from the way that i have replied. So taught of giving some work to me.. we were commet abt him once he left the canteen, In the afternoon i got a big shock, yup my boss called me at 3.30 and asked me to do one report in the application that too within EOD. I replied that i will do, i came out and told to subbu he is started his revenge back to us. He is started giving work to me. I started working on that report and i had taught in mind that, i have to finish this within 6'O clock. I've done it but i have some problem while moving the application into the test version. It was taking long time to move the application and finally i done it. I started composing mail to my boss saying that i have done the report and to send the URL to him to test the application. I forgot to tell u,My TL was inside my boss room from 3.30 onwards. He was just came out when i was ready to send the mail to my boss. He asked me what did you speak to him at lunch. He taught that i have told every one in my team are don't have work, so my TL spoke to me with anger. I replied that i didn't say anything abt you or abt our team, i was just told abt me only. Then again my TL was saying me that you shouldn't spoke to him like that, i was getting angry at that time. I was about to leave at that time. My PM has given some documents to be uploaded into VSS. i did that and sent a mail to him i left with angry. because of that i couldn't sit on my home system also. I was watching TV till now. At the end i taught cheking mails then finally decided to write this post. Let's see what will happen tomorrow..... :-(

today i've time to write something abt me. i didn't have much work in my office. I taught of studying something new in .net2.0. But i couldn't do that. I have tried to teach something to my juniors finaly i gave some work to them. They did'nt understand well and even they couldn't run the application because of the server was not up and ready. My friend went to some training session from the afternoon. So i was alone. At that time one of my room mate messed me that he got the movie ticket for the cinema Partuthi Veran. So i have sent a mail to supervisor that i am going to leave early today.
My college senior came from bangalore name Malai, he is close friend of KK. I thing i have told abt KK in the previous posts. Malai came to my office and he was waiting for me in front of my office. Then we strightly went to theater for paruthiveran. One of the stunning movie that i have seen my life till the date. It disturbed me lot. The movie was went well from the begining till the climax. The climax that he(director Amir) showed is unaccpetable. Now a days this climax is the one which is happening some where in some peoples life. Still i couldn't forgot the feeling abt the climax,. Both the hero and heroine have acted well. My journey will be continued....

After a long time i am finding time to write abt my daily happenings... That too at 11:40 from my friend home. I was very busy for the past 2 months with my work. yup i had heavy work till today for the new enhancements for the application that i am working. I spent lot's of time to do this enhancement because i went to home town for pongal with one week leave. i had nice time over there ... i had cahance to meet my close college friends(DONZ).... we have named a group for us called donz when we entered into out second semester.

I got bike that too RX135. Yes my favorite bike that i dreamed abt when i was studied in college,,,, i have one bad thing abt this bike is milage,,,, ya it's giving only 35...

I think i will have time to learn some new thing from tomorrow.. i've to write one exam within a month for my appraisal... hope i will fing time to study for that. My friedns who are there in US are doing well. They are very busy with their studies,,,, and my friend ootha is waiting to get his via to stay there in UK. Then the rest of nz rocking the local tamilnadu and one is there in andra he is aslo busy with his company work.. i will have time after a week to coninue this,,,, atleast i will try toi write abt me once a week...
