Golden days…

When I was studying in college I used get to 2500 to 3000 rupees per month from my father for my monthly expense. The house rent was 800 to 1000 and around 1200 was spend in Mess (Hotel) and the remaining was the pocket money for the whole month. I am sure that I have spent more than 60% of those into movies alone. While on the month end no one had money in our pocket and some of our guys used to have safety money (May be 1000) in their account. I used to borrow 50 rupees from one of them and will go to my native place to spend a weekend and get 100 or 200 rupees extra for that month. The bus ticket from Coimbatore to Karur was 40 rupees and I had just 10 rupees left on my pocket to make a call to my brother to go home if he was around the bus stand or I will catch the town bus (15 kms from the town) and go home. When I reach home I had only few rupees left in my purse and I was happy at that time. I never had any expectation at that time. Those are the happiest days of my life. Now I am spending the same money which I was spending in whole month in just one dinner or lunch but I am not happy as like I was before.

Life is changing quickly and expectations are changing every day and I am sure after 10 year I will write a post saying that I was happy 10 years back… !!!!!!! Yes remembering the past in my life is always sweet….

Change is needed!!!

60 years have passed but the terrorism, corruption and poverty is getting increased on each and everyday. Everybody is saying that the politicians are bad and they are making the country bad. But how many of you have realized that you have chance to throw out any politician if we stay unite. Why can’t you just think about the corruption or the time that you are spending in a line to get your basic facilities in the government office or the bribe that you are giving to get the community certificate of your child for a second before you vote? Please stop thinking about the money that they gave just a week before the election and think about the future how you are going to survive in this corrupted world till you get the joy for just a week at the next election? As long as people are ready to vote for the money or for own cast or own religion nothing can be changed and the poor will get die in hunger and the normal citizen will get killed in terror attack.

I wish the there is a day when these stupid political parties won’t get the majorities even by having coalition with all parties that are existing now. Then the good people will come forward to serve for the public who are currently afraid of getting into the politics. Change should be needed and we don’t want the same old 3 or 4 parities keep on winning in the election who won’t serve for the people. It’s each and every one’s responsibility to think before vote and the change will come..

மசால் வடை !!!!

ரொம்ப ஈசியான பலகாரம்!! பருப்ப (பச்ச கடல பருப்பு) நல்லா ஊற வெச்சுகங்க, கலையில ஊற வெச்சா சாயிங்காலம் ரெடியாயிடும்!!!! வேற என்ன வெங்காயம், பச்சமிளகா, கொஞ்சம் இங்கி (Ginger) அப்புறம் தேவையான அளவு உப்பு போட்டு அரச்சுக்கோங்க!!!! ஓரளவுக்கு கெட்டியவே இருக்கட்டும் !!! அரகொறைய அரச்சாவே போதும். சட்டியில எண்ணைய ஊத்தி ஒரு பத்து நிமிஷம் கழிச்சு அரச்சுவெச்ச மாவ வட மாதிரி பண்ணி என்னயில போட்டா, ரெண்டு நிமிசிதுல வடை ரெடி!!!!!! முதல ஒரு வடைய போட்டு அப்புறம் உப்பு காரம் எல்லாம் சரியா இருக்கானு செக் பண்ணி பாத்திட்டு அப்புறம் மீதி மாவ வடையா போட வேண்டியது தான்.!!!!! சுவையான வடை ரெடி...  

பின் குறிப்பு!!!! கீரை, கொத்தமல்லி போட்டா இன்னும் கொஞ்சம் டேஸ்டா இருக்கும்.....

இந்த ஊரு குளுருக்கு டி இல்லாட்டி காபி கூட சேத்து சாப்பிட்டா !!!! அட டா தேவாமிர்தம் !!!

நந்தலாலா .....

இளையராஜாவின் இசை நீண்ட நாட்களுக்கு பிறகு மிகவும் ரசிக்கும்படியாக இருக்கிறது. கடந்த இரண்டு நாட்களாக எனக்கு ஆறுதல் தரும் ஒரே விஷயம் இந்த நந்தலாலா. இந்த படத்தின் விமர்சனத்தை நான் படிக்கும் போது முள்ளும் மலரின் படத்தை நினைவுருதுவதாக கூறியிருந்தார்கள்.. அது மிகவும் சரி. ஜேசுதாசின் குரலில் ஒரு பாடல் மனதை தொட்டுவிட்டது. இந்த படம் வெற்றி பெறுகிறதோ இல்லயோ ஆனால் இந்த படத்தின் பாடல்கள் பெரிய வெற்றி பெரும் என்பதில் சந்தேகமில்லை. இளையராஜாவின் மற்றுமொரு இசை "நான் கடவுள்". படம் வெளியான பிறகு மிகுந்த வெற்றி பெரும் என்று நம்புகிறேன்.

ஹரிஷ் ஜெயராஜாவின் அடுத்த படம் - "அயன்" அருமை !!! ஹரிஹரன் வித்தியாசமான முறையில் ஒரு பாடல் பாடியிருக்கிறார். நீண்ட நேரம் கழித்துதான் என்னால் அதை உறுதி செய்ய  முடிந்தது அதை ஹரிஹரன் தான் பாடியிருக்கிறார் என்று!!!!!

நான் ஒரு சிக்கலான வேலை செய்யும் இந்த தருணத்தில் அடுத்த சில நாட்களுக்கு இந்த இரு படங்களின் பாடல்கள் என்னை நிம்மதிப்படுத்தும் என்று நம்புகிறேன் !!!!!!

என்னோட நண்பர் ஒருவரின் விருப்பதிற்கேற்ப ட்ரை பண்ணி பாத்தேன் !!!! தமிழ் ஒழுங்கா வருதானு !!! பரவ இல்ல தமிழ டமிள்னு கொலை பன்னுலனு நினைக்கிறேன்!!!!!!

What did I do till now?????

I am little bit disappointed because I’ve missed my 50^th post in 2008 and it’s been a quite a long since I wrote my last post. But I am still happy that I was able to post continuously. It’s all because of my friends who were encouraging me to do so and I am thankful to them.

There were lots of things which happened in the year 2008. I would say it was really a bad year because of two reasons which are deadly attack in Mumbai and the economy crisis. I am hoping that 2009 will be better.

There were lot’s things which happened in my life which I never did before. To remember few things like skiing, Ice-Skating, Bowling, Para sailing and all rides in Ceder Point were thrilling experience and more adventures too. The toughest one was ice-skating. I thought of writing many things about 2008 but this year is really busy till now and I couldn't spend time to write a post. To be frank I was little bit lazy to write a post and I was also not in a mood of writing because of my work and other personal things.. Hope I won’t do this in the future.
