Weather has spoiled our X-mas plans and it’s also spoiling our new year plan, we didn’t have much choice than going to bowling and movies. I’ve seen few movies and here they are,

Twilight (The New Moon)

For the sentiment and lack of pace I was thinking that this movie has been copied from some Tamil movie. I could relate few scenes with Kadal Konden, but the sets and other stuffs are great and most of the people are liked. Even though I am not a big fan of vampires I didn’t hate this movie. But I won’t recommend watching this..

Blind Side

I always like the movies which are brought from the real story and this is one among them. Everybody has acted well and it’s a huge hit here. I believe everybody wants to help others like Sandra Bullock did in this movie and that could be one reason all liked it. “Big Mike” and the kid have acted so well and off course Sandra was too good.

Invictus

“I am the captain of my soul” is the famous dialogue of this movie. It’s a real story of Nelson Mandela and his countries Rugbee team winning the cup. As always, Morgan freeman’s acting was too good. He is perfect to play the Nelson Mandela’s role and Matt Damn didn’t have much to do except his South African accent. The movie is so slow but it’s worth watching to get to know the few characteristics of one of the legends of this era.

Sherlock Holmes

Until I was stepping out of our room to go to this movie I didn’t know that, there is a story book called Sherlock Holmes and which was so famous. The movie has started little slow and it was getting interested as it progressed. The science has played major role in all the investigation. The amazing thing was the set to bring back the 18th century in the screen, which was too good except that nobody is alive today to say whether the 18th century is same as the one which is shown in that movie. I wish I want to be intelligent as Sherlock Holmes and as I said it’s just a wish.. :)

And finally the Avatar,

Even in a dream you can’t imagine the visual effects of this movie.. It’s the best graphics that I’ve ever seen and I heard that the director was waited for the technologies to get advanced to take this movie. That could be one reason why it took 10 years to take this movie. Kudos’s to the visual effects team who brought the directors visualization in the screen. Again in this movie I tend to relate to a Tamil movie were love and sentiments and climax fight and only kuthu songs were missing. And also the believe of god in other plant which makes us stupid. In fact the climate has been tried in Tamil long back as “கூடு விட்டு கூடு பாய்றது!”. This movie is a delight to watch in I-MAX with 3D and it’s already breaking the records and it will break all the records sooner.

That’s all I have watched in the last few weeks and wish you happy New Year to all. I am greatly exited about my trip to India next week.

It's not what it's looks like..

From the day I knew about cricket and till today I never stopped to follow cricket when India is playing. This post is related to yesterday’s match, when India was in a position to win the match and everybody was expecting sachin to get hundred and that didn’t happen at the end. It has created some controversies regarding Dinesh Karthick didn’t rotate the strike to sachin instead he was hitting four’s and even one six too.

When I was looking into the below picture I didn’t watch the highlights yet, and I was trying to think what sachin is saying to DK. This what I came up with,

The real story is,

DK was not happy that he got the four in the final ball and it was not an intentional shot and he was apologizing to Sachin while walking back to pavilion. As our hero sachin never think about his personal milestone though few people say he plays for himself. After watching the highlights I can say that sachin might have told him, “don’t worry about it, it doesn’t matter”.

So “it’s not what its looks like”.

Memorable November

It’s a special month for me, because it’s my birth month. Because my birthday falls in November I remember more than 20 birthdays of my friends which falls this month. It’s just not only the birthday's it’s also close to 10 marriages which I’ve missed this month. So it’s been busy month for most of the people, who I know, and it’s also a holiday season here, and almost everybody has something to do than their normal routine stuff.

I should have bought many things for this thanks giving day deal, but didn't buy anything except spending money in Indian restaurants all around the east coat during our 4 day trip. I have bought a new D-SLR camera few weeks back and I am trying to find how to use it properly and still I am learning. Since I could remember many people birthday’s this month, one day I tried to remember the names of my classmates from my school days whom I never had touch after I left school.

Below is the list of name that I could remember, in case if I think about this in the future, at least I have a list to verify. I also tried to remember their nick as well but I don’t remember most of their nick names so i tried to remember few things about them, Like Tom Hangs says in "Saving Private Rion" movie. We should think about the content to remember the peoples' face.

Sister

From my childhood onwards I was so jealous about my mom and my uncle’s (mom’s younger brother) understanding. My mom will support him like anything and the same way he also did. They used to have some fights but it won’t last long not like mine and my brother. My mom used to tell stories about their sibling relationship which I was amazed in many times.

The kind of support one is getting from his sister is almost like from their parents. May be I am feeling this, because I’ve an elder brother with whom I always had fight till we stayed together. I‘ve almost lost the touch with him, like speaking to him once in a month and it’s extended to once in a quarter and now I don’t remember when was the last time I spoke to him. We never had any close or long relative whom we can call as a sister and we never studied in co-ed till our collage and we never had a chance of experiencing the relationship of a sister. To be frank I didn’t even know how to speak to a girl (even today :)) when I joined the collage, and I can count the words that I spoke to the girls during the first year.

It was never an easy chat with any girls with whom I have talked with and most of the time I had created a bad impression like “he is rude”. I am sure that I had hurt many girls without even knowing that I was hurting them. I have made few people to cry, it’s not because I wanted to be like that, it’s because I never knew how I should treat a girl. But I should be happy and lucky enough to say few of them have understood me and I am having a good relation with them. They used to correct me if I do anything wrong and I should be thankful to them. I should say they made me to understand the life better, because it’s not going to be easy when you don’t know how to treat the half of the world. I won’t say I am very soft person who can make a very good friendship with girls, still it’s going to be hard and I can assure that I will be very careful not to hurt anyone.

It’s from my own view and understanding from my family that, it’s really hard to find a breakup in brother-sister relation and even if it happened because of the circumstances they have very good respect within them which others won’t understand.

I write this post to thank each and every one of the sisters whom I have been with and I am proud of saying that I have lot of sisters who have helped me to live the life better and I respect them for that. I also want to apologize to all if had hurt you and if you read this post please forgive me. I hope that I will get the support from my sisters forever …:)

BTW, this is my 100th post..

Money

Which makes people laugh, enjoy, cry and at the worst, inducing them to giving up their own life in the sense of suicide. I have heard of some incidents where people have killed themselves because of not paying their loan back or when people had belief in somebody and finally they have cheated them, like that. I am not sure may be if we take a survey when people are going for decision of killing themselves, Love-failures will come first and then the Money laundering or any type of fraud which is related to money. The issues which are related to money will be happening in a rich family and which you won’t see normally in the poor families because they don’t have enough money do these kind of stupid things..

In some cases, if you admit somebody with the series condition in hospital and you are keep spending money, and at the end you are going to loose all your money and the person’s life whom you have admitted. There was a real incident which took place in Coimbatore when I was studying in college. One family from my village has admitted their mother in a series condition and she was surviving in ICU for three days and finally she was dead in the fourth day. I saw her on third day evening or may be the fourth day morning, her family told me that “Doctors are saying she is recovering well and we have to pay 50 thousand for some treatment”. They have already paid couple of lacks and also they did pay the 50k and after they paid the amount within an hour they came to know that she is dead.

They were asked to pay the remaining 25k and take the body, after some intervention from some rich people they finally allowed them to take the body out. But after 6 months they have received a court notice saying that there is case against them for not paying the money for the treatment that they have had for their deadly mother. What a bad situation one can imagine, after spending so much money and you couldn’t save his mother and weather her memory lies in their life or not, they have to pay their bill and spend money like this for their entire life.

Is this the purpose of money? Please think yourself, and don’t let the money run you instead you run the money.

Fired..

It’s a word which usually appear in the headline for past 1 year to 6 months and still you can hear this word somewhere here and there. Being in an IT I’ve seen people got fired and left the office in front me and it’s happening everywhere. He/She might have worked for decades and the time allowed for them to vacate the office is just 30 minutes, few of them might have stayed in the same cube or office for the whole period and it really hurts their feeling. It’s not a bullet which is always being shot at non performers, sometimes it will be aimed at an issue raiser, a problem maker or a risk maker (or the one who takes the risk). I know people who have worked for 24X7 and still they got fired and sometimes people who used to cover their subordinates will also get into this list. I am assuming that people used to have a scale and keep watching you and when you go out the boundary that’s it, you are gone. In some cases the management might want to fire somebody but they can’t because of their dependability.

During that situation if you go out for vacation for a week and if the other people can able to handle the situation without you, it’s like a putting a paper without even giving any notice and also without getting any offer in your hand. After the vacation if you comeback you can just pack your things and go back to home. The reason people are getting fired is because of the financial situation, company has to reduce their expenditure to survive in this bad situation. We can’t blame them because we are getting fired but at the same time they way they are handling the people could have been better. Are you getting the same respect as you hired when you get fired????

World Hunger Worsening

Today we have a plenty of problems to discuss in the world and I certainly believe, this is one of the top most priority that everyone should think or care about. Global hunger is worsening and it’s a serious issue which needs to be handled quickly and sensibly. I always try to find mistakes in the political system, politicians, and service oriented employees or for that matter everybody except me. Sometimes I used to think there is something wrong in me or something which I need to correct before I speak about others. Wasting food is one among them which I have to change and I urge everybody to change. Below is the chart which explains the story of world hunger.

I born and brought up in a village where farming is the main source of income and I still remember my dad used to insist us, not to split the rice outside the plate or waste even a rice while we eat. As he is a farmer he knows the value of a rice and also he knows the effort to bring that rice to home in the current environment, where there is no rain for a whole year or there is a flood which washes out everything. I used to hear from some of my friend’s that in Qur’an it’s mentioned, that “There is a name written in each rice to whom it belongs to” and I believe there is No Name where it’s called as WASTE.

We as a common man, who should take the responsibility of not wasting food either it could be in home or in restaurant. Just think about the thousands and thousands of people who die everyday due to hunger and try to change the habit of wasting food as much as you can. There is also one more point which I wanted to stress out here is, the usage of plastic. Always try avoiding the use of plastics at the maximum as you can. It’s just not for you or your health, it affects the whole environment which intern directly affects the farming.

Instead of thinking or debating about whether a new bill has to be passed to avoid plastic or to reduce the hunger just think that there is something which you can do to save the world or the future. There is a say in Tamil which is being used in most of the common man conversation's

"மனுசன் ஓடி ஆடி உழைக்கறது எதுக்கு, இந்த ஒரு சான் வயத்துக்காக தானே?? ".

So, Please waste sensibly.

As always do, this trip was one of the unforgettable one and now I let the pictures speak instead of my usual mokai…

5K Run (one of my dream)

Few years back I used to think, that going to Gym is waste of time, or at least I thought it was not for me. When we rented our first home in US we didn’t have any furniture and we were sitting in the floor. If I sit continuously for 30 minutes, my knee will be paining like a hell for few minutes after when I getup. Last year during some conversion with my PM I told him, that my knees are paining and he shouted at me saying at the age of 24 I should not have these issues and asked me to go for jogging and also he asked me to participate in some marathon. I didn’t take it seriously until I knew that he used to go for marathon for about 20K and I decided to start with jogging first.

It was winter time and few of my roomies used to go to gym everyday and I decided to choose the treadmill. On the first day I couldn’t even run for a mile and I was gasping like a dog. Finally after two months I was able to run for about 3 miles and at the end of winter I was able to run about 5 miles in 50 minutes. The spring season has started and we have shifted to new room and I’ve lost the touch with Gym. But Luckily because of my friend here I bought a cycle and even though I didn’t have a company I started cycling. There are lots of biking trials near to my apartment and few are mountain trails too. My interest of exploring each trial has pushed me to go for 10 miles a day for few times.

I also love to play tennis and used to play for a set after my cycling and if I didn’t go cycling play at least three sets. My body was completely fit and also I was so confident that I can run 5 miles without any trouble. Then I got an opportunity to thru my org to participate in marathon and which is for a good cause of collecting fund to the child cancer. I decided to participate in that and it was exactly one month ago. My aim was to complete the run and I started practicing for a few days. Since I was fully fit I could able to go for 5 mile run in a few days itself within 50 minutes. Within this last one moth our interest has fully transferred to playing cricket because of the number of people who appears in the park and I completely stopped going for jogging. And also for couple of weeks I got a company to go for biking, so the jogging becomes and out of touch but still I was confident that I will make it.

For the past one week I didn’t do any activities to just relax and even I didn’t play cricket. I knew that if play cricket then I cannot run, and finally the day arrives to go for this 5k run. This is second time in my US life where I am getting up before 6’O clock, because I had to leave by 6.30 from my home to reach the downtown where we were going to run. We reached the park by our company bus around 7.30 and the race was due at 8.30. There were lots of people, almost 2k to 2.5 who are ready to run and the drizzling climate was also too good for the run. When I see old people’s and children’s who are running in front of me nothing has stopped me to think about getting tiredness at all. I was running at my own pace and few minutes before reaching the finish line I’ve increased my pace little bit and completed the race in 24 minutes and 20 seconds. I was not tired and I couldn’t believe that I have complete in 24 minutes, because I thought it was 5 mile and finally I got to know that it’s 5 Km. I completed at 240^th place out of 1800 people who have completed the race and I am quite happy with this and I wish to participate in events like this every year.

US Open 2009

Finally the US Open is over after many interesting matches and few interesting new players. First of all I am really disappointed with Federer’s loss but Del Potro deserves this win just for his forehand shot’s alone. I've never seen a player with that immense force to hit the ball, it went like a rocket and he out played Federer. He is just 20 now and will become like a Federer if he continues to play well. Federer has lost this match because of his bad serve and the no of unforced errors. The reason for errors, he didn’t play against any good player in the tournament except playing against Jocovic in the semi, but in the other case Del Porto has played against all good players in most of the rounds and the match against Nadal was awesome.

I went to the women’s final and I was happy to see Kim and Caroline playing final. First of all I hate William’s sisters to come to the final and Kim had beat both of them with her experience and it’s a great comeback after a two years which many won’t get as a sports person. That too at the end of the ceremony sharing the court with his little baby girl, it was so nice to watch and may be she is the only player who was lucky enough to had a moment like that. Her opponent Caroline Wozniacki is a good player and she beat all the players comfortably, and the one match which I liked most was against the US teenager Oudin who had beat 4 Russian players consecutively including Sharapova and Demetieva and entered into quarter final. For couple of days Oudin was the headline in most of the channels.

I’ve already mentioned about Serena’s foot fault reaction in the previous match and in the semi she went to an extra step and scolded the line umpire for a minute and she got a penalty point which happened to be a match point for Kim. After the match during the press conference, one reporter has asked, "Does that line umpire deserve any kind of apology" and she didn’t answer that question and for some other question she said she may meet her. After winning the doubles championship during the press conference she asked sorry to that line umpire, maybe because she won or else she might have scolded the main umpire in the doubles match as well.

Watching the match live from the stadium was a real good experience and I wish to go again if I am going to be here for the next UP Open.

Florida..

It was a much needed break for me, though I didn’t work hard in past few months. Neither we didn’t plan well nor we didn’t stick with a single plan, but still it was a good trip with most of the plans executed.

We planned to go to Keywest(KW) on Saturday and go for Jet Ski, Scuba diving and Snorkeling. As per the plan we started early on that day and the climate didn’t look feasible for these activities. But we had to go since we don’t have any other Plan except sleeping in the room (Plan B) which nobody was interested in. Once we reach KW we had lunch and it’s stopped raining and we found an agent who helped us to get the Jet Ski and boat for snorkeling which was ok for rest of the day. Jet Ski is one my top favorite activity which I wanted to do it again and again, after the ski we went to snorkeling and on the way back to sore we have seen a nice cloudy sunset. We were lucky that it didn’t rain in the afternoon, after the sunset we were heading towards Miami where Kamal was waiting for us. We managed to reach there by midnight and did spend an hour before we sleep and for the next day morning we went to Everglades Alligators National Park with Kamal’s family. We did see a few Alligators but we were disappointed that we could only see the trained ones. Everybody has enjoyed the Air boat ride which they used to go around the park and it was fun. We really didn’t have any plans for the evening so we decided to go to Naples Beach which is famous for its sunset which is four hours drive from the place where we had lunch. Kamal’s family had to go for shopping and going back to home, and as per the plan we had to go back to his home to spend the next day in his area. While we drove to Naples we took a “Loop road“for some trailing and hiking activities, it was mud road for 15 miles and it took around 3 hours to cross that 15 miles in car. We reached to Naples on time for sunset but again we couldn’t see a nice sunset because of the cloud. Sometimes cloudy sunsets will be so beautiful than the plain sky but on that day it was not good. We had to drive back to Stuart which is 4 hours drive from Naples. We reached around 12 and the next day morning we went for a short ride to the local beaches in Ford Mustang (convertible). It’s a good sports car and it’s not fit for more than 2 persons and I was wondering why they have the back seat when even the kid cannot sit comportably. We returned home at 11 and had superb breakfast with some new combinations like Pongal with Chicken Gurma. Just try this combination it’s delicious. We had to have some space in our stomach to have lunch so we went beaches and spent an hour to digest the heavy breakfast that we had in the morning. We did go for fishing but we didn’t have any luck and we were back home by 2.30 and had wonderful lunch with chicken, mutton, egg and with home made curd. Since my flight was at 6.50 and the airport is 2 hours away from his place we had to rush and luckily we didn’t get any ticket this time and I was on time for the flight. It was wonderful trip and I felt that I have been into my home for a vacation.

US Open

For the past couple of days it’s really interesting to watch TV because of the tennis. As we are playing tennis regularly it's become even more intersting to see the plays of big players from all over the world. After the first round it was very good news for Indians, for the first time Indian men and women has moved to the 2^nd round. Sania had won the match after three sets and she said “I am ready to play with any seed players now”, but unfortunately she lost to a seed player in the second round without even winning a single game. I am looking forward for Dev’s play to win the second round and go further, he is really having a very good season in US. The third round between Federer and Hewitt is going to be a tough match and I am looking forward for that. Now I am watching the match between Serina and CZink, William is really dominating. This is the first time in 23 years where men’s match has completed before the women’s match in the same court on the same day. And this time the price money for men’s and women’s championship is going to be the same. Quite surprisingly both William’s sisters are having foot faults during their serve. But today when the younger served a foot fault (it was an ace) she started starring at the person who called as fault for almost 5 seconds, on the other hand when the elder sister had too many foot faults, she had asked politely to the person who said fault “which leg was that”. From the seed list Ivonvic has lost in the first round itself and Maria is back into the game with her own style. There is a huge fan club for her dress alone and i am one among them :). I am sure it’s going to be a great entertainment for the next two weeks.

Force India starts it's count

I didn’t do much in this month but still didn’t even write a single post. I have became an lazy man because of the work. Though it’s a little bit of challenge I don’t want to work on what I am working on right now. The work is in very old technology compared to what’s out there in today’s market and what’s to going to be released in next couple of months.

I used to follow F1 news from my collage days and i am happy that Force India had put's their entry in the points table. As I was looking into the news two days back, I was talking to my roommate that Force India is yet to starts its point. Next day morning when I saw the news, I was surprised that “Fisichella” has got into the pole position and I was telling my roomy that If he can win the race then it will be great. Today when i see the news Fisichella has got the second position and won 8 points. It’s the Force India's first point for this season and I am sure Vijay Mallya could have been floating in the air. Fisichella could have won the race, but Raikanon has got the lead because of the KERS (Kinetic Energy Recovery Systems).

Now the Force India is standing in 9^th position and just 8 points away from Renault and I hope that they will get into the 8^th position by end of this season.

Cooking...

Sometimes I am very eager to prepare something and I will be very enthusiastic to get that food ready. The same thing happened today, since we don’t have any vegetables in our room except onions and Tomatoes I decided to go for the Egg Curry. Few months back I have screwed up the egg curry and I blamed it not having coconut. This time we had everything for the egg curry and I had a good taste in mind which my mother makes and I wanted the same taste. Everything went well except, that I have burnt my right hand middle finger and finally the egg curry is ready. When I looked at the curry I felt it should have been little bit dry, anyway we are ready to eat. Still having that taste in my mind I started eating a little bit of rice … OMG my middle finger is burning like a hell and I had to switch to sliver wear to eat the well cooked egg curry. Though it was nice but still it was missing the taste which I had it in my mind. Off course it’s not easy to bring the same taste that your mother makes but I am sure I will have it one day. :)

Most Expensive trip

Last weekend I went to Las Vegas and there were lot’s of things happened to me, which I will never forgot. It’s started from the top of the world. After I landed in LV we went to the stratosphere casino which is the second tallest tower in US. There were three thriller rides in the top of the tower and it’s really top of the world. For few seconds I felt that I have lost the Gravitational force and it scared me so much, Wow it’s one kind of experience. looking at LV skyline from a tower which has more than 100 floors is one more experience which we won’t get too often.

Next day we drove to Los Angeles and last time when I went there I didn’t see any place except Universal studios. So this time we have decided to visit some of the local places in LA. There is a place called Griffith Observatory from where we supposed to see a good skyline of LA along with the Pacific Ocean. But because of the dust and polluted air in LA we couldn’t see a clear skyline itself and there was no sign of pacific ocean. Then we went to chinatown to have a traditional Chinese food. The china town looks nice and people were preparing for the Independence Day celebration. We had a good food Chinese food and went to the Head of Cinema World cinema Hollywood where we have seen Kodak theater ( place where the Oscars happens) , Grauman’s Chinese theater, Hollywood walk of Fame, and Hollywood bowl. It was nice experience to walk on the walk of fame and we took a photo’s with people who dressed like famous movie stars. Then we went to Beverly Hills where most of the cine field artists own home. Before we leave LA decided to visit MJ’s final rented home and we could get the address and after a too many searches we found and went there too. There were lots of people waiting outside of that house and keeping the flours in the corner of the house.

We have returned to LV on the same day night. Next day morning there was an exiting thing which happened in our life. We went to Skydiving in Vegas which was from 3 mile elevation and the free fall for 20 to 30 seconds was awesome. There are few things which you can’t express instead you have to feel it. It’s one kind of that experience and fall after the parachute was opened was like a breeze after a heavy cyclone. :) The trainer gave the control of the parachute to me and it’s was very easy to ride except the landing. Landing scared me little bit but the trainer landed perfectly. After that we went to casino's and played few games and went to room to take rest (to get ready to play the game during that night). It’s 8’O clock we were heading toward casino’s and it took almost 30 minutes to get the parking place and finally we got it. It was crowded everywhere to watch the fire works but we were only interested in playing the game so we didn’t care about the fire works. We were completely into the game and we were playing in same place for more than 6 hours and finally we decided to leave after loosing all our money. When we came out the casino the sun was so bright and when I looked at the watch it’s 6’O clock.. OMG, we have played more than 10 hours, we entered into casino when the sun was set and we left the casino only after the sun rise. This is what most people do in Las Vegas and I am happy that I have had very good time except that I have lost so much in the casino.. Don’t ask me how much I have lost .. :)

This trip was one of the expensive trip and there were lot's of things to remember..

June 2009, Future won't forget

I am getting too lazy to write a post in a blog and I am really feeling bad about it. First two weeks of this month I was busy with my work and I couldn’t find time to write a post, after that even though I was not busy the habit of not writing blog’s for two weeks took two more weeks to recover from that laziness and finally I am writing this post while I have to finish something before tomorrow.

There are lot’s of things have happened in this month which the future won’t forgot. On the first day of month there was big shocking news for the air travelers which was “Air France flight is missing”. After a long search they could recover only few bodies and still they couldn’t find the black box of it and it’s not going to be found hereafter since the 30 days are over now and they won’t be getting any signal to search for it.

For the cricket fans the second T20 world cup was expected to be big treat and most of the people were saying that India is having a good chance of winning the T20 world cup. As a shocking news Aussies were thrown out in the first round and the defending champion have ended their journey without winning a single match in the super eight round.

In India, swine flue cases were increasing each and every day because of the people who were travelling from US and it was the head lines for more than half a month in Indian news sites but it was never a head lines in the US news channel.

There was big shocking news for most of the music lovers in the world, MJ the King of Pop is dead. Still it’s a head lines in most of the channels and it's related to the controversies in his death and still there is no clear answer for it.

At the end of this month there is one more flight crash (Comoros) and the reason for that is “bad weather”. A baby is rescued alive from its debris and I guess till now the baby is the only person who is alive from that crash.

One thing to notice in this month is that the economy news was not in head lines like which was happening continuously for more than 5 months , and I hope it will be back on track soon.

And i have got my first new phone which is I-Phone 3G S :)

Smokey Mountain Trip..

I was completely busy in this month travelling to few places and Smokey Mountain trip was one of the best and I have lot’s reason to remember this trip for long time. First of all I was meeting our "US DONZ" guys and its always good feeling to be with them whatever you do or wherever you do. And that too when you are in a mountain it brought me back the Ooty memories that we had in our college days. We have planned this trip few months back and we had to do little bit change in our implementation.

The plan was to get together in Charlotte, NC on Friday night and start towards Smokey Mountain and do the camping till Monday. Unfortunately one of us couldn’t make it on Friday night and he reached there only by Saturday morning. So we had to take a room in Charlotte which was in Holiday inn, near to Airport and we could see the flight landings very closely. The guy who supposed to come in the morning reached on time and we started towards the mountain and went for river-rafting which we booked for 3’O clock and we did on time too. The experience was great not because of just rafting for the first time, it’s because of the fun and few new things that we tried which was very well supported by the crew person and he was enjoyed well as well. At one point of time he asked us to jump out of the boat and swim and all the sudden all of us jumped and within a minute the crew person also jumped and he said this is the first time in this season he is jumping out of the boat and it’s all because how we enjoyed ourselves.  

 

I forgot to mention the other change in the plan, its change in camping ground and go for some cabin (Similar to Resort) because of the weather. Thank god last minute my friend has booked the cabin, if at all if we decided to go for camping then the whole plan could have been screwed since it was raining on those three days. We never expected that the cabin will have all the facilities that we never expected and it’s at the top of the hill with a super mountain view from the Balcony though. Wow it's really nice place and I wish I would go once again. We made some Bar-B-Q and had lots of fun on that night. Next day morning we went to the Clingman’s Dome which is the highest point in Smokey and unfortunately we couldn’t see anything except a fog, we should have seen 4 states from that place though. Mm Bad luck, but on the way back we had some nice view and we went to 3 mile Rainbow falls hiking. It was really nice trail and i had took ton’s of photo’s. After the trail everybody was very tired and decided to head back to cabin. On the way back we went to a ride which was "Sky Scrapper" and the ride was for 3 minutes. We got the video recorded from that ride since we had the high-tech car which has two displays we played that video in car and laughing like hell after seeing our reaction from that ride. It was really really fun though.

May be I should continue this tomorrow.. I don’t want this post to get bigger and bigger… :)
